Vision for Education have an exciting opportunity for a teacher will a keen interest in teaching mixed classes to join as a mixed KS1 Teacher at a popular small village primary school in Lincoln from March 2025.

Requirements
The desired KS1 Teacher will have;
- Experience teaching KS1 ideally flexible across year group
- Have experience or be comfortable teaching mixed year groups across two key stages
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have strong behaviour management strategies
- The ability to work effectively as part of a small team
- Be willing to get stuck in and support the school in any areas in which support is needed, such as extra-curricular activities and subject leadership
- Have strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
