We Do Group are delighted to be managing an exclusive search to find a Financial Accountant to join a world-leading company with an instantly recognisable brand.

This is reporting into an inspirational Financial Controller and would suit someone with a strong all round accounting background.

We are looking for someone career-focused and ambitious. This would suit someone who likes having autonomy and making things better.

The scope and potential of this role is very exciting. This is very much earmarked as a succession-planned hire so the career path is both expected and realistic.

We need a hands-on finance leader who can ideally tick the following boxes.

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA OR ACCA)
• Strong Management Accounting
• P&L reviews
• Some business partnering experience would help.

The Role

The successful Financial Accountant will take responsibility for the following:

• P&L reviews.
• Monthly management accounts.
• Month-end close.
• Business partnering,
• Balance sheet recs.
• Journals.
• Act as a true business partner to the divisional finance directors.
• Business unit reconciliation reviews.
• Group reporting and financial reporting.
• Analyse business unit performance.
• Cashflow forecasting.
• Business reporting on company performance.
• Help implement robust controls and systems across the group.
• Fixed asset management, analysis and review.
• Build KPI reports to analysis business performance.

We are looking for a talented finance professional. Someone with a strong varied accounting background.
