We're working with a leading global Data Centre operator to find a Construction Manager to oversee the development of a new Data Centre project in the UK. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the construction process for a new Data Centre development. You'll work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including senior project managers, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

• Project Coordination: Assist in managing and coordinating day-to-day construction activities for the new Data Centre development.
• Contractor Liaison: Work closely with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring work is being carried out to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Health & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulations across the site, with a focus on creating a safe working environment for all workers.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams, including project managers, designers, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and smooth communication throughout the project.
• Progress Tracking: Help track project timelines and milestones, providing regular updates to senior managers on project status and any potential risks or delays.
• Quality Control: Assist in ensuring that all construction work meets the company's quality standards and complies with all relevant regulations.

• Early-Career Experience: Ideal for a graduate with a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or someone with 1-3 years of experience in construction project management or site management.
• Interest in Data Centres: A keen interest in Data Centres and the critical infrastructure sector, with a desire to learn and grow within this rapidly expanding industry.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external contractors.
