We’re looking for a Retail Project Specialist to lead both physical and digital initiatives that elevate Samsung’s in-store presence across multiple retail channels.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for implementing retail solutions, improving processes, and ensuring that every project is completed on time and within budget. You’ll work closely with retail channels and internal teams to deliver a range of projects that bring Samsung’s products to life and deliver impactful in-store experiences.

No two days will be the same - you’ll manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, where meeting tight deadlines and communicating clearly with various stakeholders is essential.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

PROJECT OWNERSHIP

Responsible for multiple projects from briefing to execution. Seeing your creative ideas come to life across retail channels.

Keep up to date of all change and project activity across the business to ensure control and avoid conflict and duplication.

Manage project plans and solve problems, risks, and issues as they arise.

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

Engage with key stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and channel partners, to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

Ensure Clear communication and problem-solving to manage timelines, resolve issues, and deliver objectives.

Provide project updates to Senior Leadership, highlighting risks, and oversee post-project business-as-usual (BAU) execution to maintain high standards in Samsung's in-store environments. Meetings with external suppliers or stakeholders will be held as needed.

PROCESS COMPLIANCE

Ensure standard operating procedures are created and maintained to support any new or changing processes across Head Office functions.

Manage and coordinate multiple complex activities simultaneously.

Oversee all project related documentation, monitoring and reporting progress and all the administrative tasks that are required.

RESOURCE ALLOCATION & ANALYSIS

Develop and forecast project timelines and budgets for all business proposals, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and resource availability.

Conduct thorough analysis of completed and historic projects to identify key insights and improvement areas to inform future project planning, enhance efficiency, and optimise budget allocations to drive successful outcomes.

Regularly review project performance metrics to refine processes and establish best practices for continuous improvement.
