This is a really lovely part time support role, offering a broad range of responsibilities as first point of contact for ensuring the smooth running of a busy office. Offering 20 to 25 hours per week (flexible start/finish times, Monday to Friday), free parking, and a generous bonus scheme!
The office environment is lively and energetic and will suit someone who enjoys developing positive relationships with their colleagues and external service providers.
Your day will involve reception duties, facilities activities, administration, event organising, support with IT, and sustainability initiatives.
Skills and experience sought
- Proven experience in a similar role - office support, facilities etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A can-do attitude with proactive problem-solving skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail
- Confident working knowledge of MS Office.
