Candidates will be offering casual food during the day, and then offer more refined plates for dinner service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Head Chef in daily operations
- Managing kitchen brigade and ensuring high standards
- Menu development and execution
- Inventory control and ordering
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a high-end kitchen
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
