Mechanical & Electrical Site Manager
I am currently working alongside a leading M&E contractor who is looking to hire an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Site Manager with CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) and Data Centre experience. My client specialises in delivering innovative solutions across the construction and engineering sectors, particularly within mission-critical environments.
Mechanical & Electrical Site Manager Responsibilities:
- Leading the on-site delivery of mechanical, electrical, and CSA works for Data Centre projects.
- Managing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and direct labor.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required specifications.
- Monitoring progress against the program and reporting to the project management team.
- Managing resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, effectively.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conducting regular site inspections and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise.
- Ensuring compliance with project-specific CSA and Data Centre requirements.
Mechanical & Electrical Site Manager Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Relevant industry qualifications such as HNC, Degree, or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- Possess a valid CSCS/ECS/SKILLcard or equivalent certification.
- Certification in SMSTS and First Aid at Work (mandatory).
- Proven experience in delivering mechanical, electrical, and CSA projects, specifically within mission criticalenvironments.
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
