We are seeking a skilled CNC Brake Press Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for programming and operating CNC brake press machines to manufacture high-quality stainless steel panels, typically up to 3mm thick. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities of the CNC brake Press Operator:- Program and operate CNC brake press machines.
- Work from engineering and manufacturing drawings independently.
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and maintain quality policies.
- Safely operate associated tools and machinery, such as guillotines, rollers, stud guns, grinders, power files, and drills.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve build quality.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication and brake press operation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn and be trained on specific machines.
- Experience with Ermak CNC HAP 3160 brake press.
- Familiarity with Radan software.
- Knowledge of CNC punch machines.
