Description
The key responsibilities for the role of Credit Controller include:
- Responsible for the management and resolution of customer invoice queries
- Responsible for the collection of payment of invoices
- Responsible for raising and logging customer credits
- Print and send invoices
- Generate invoices and collections.
Profile
The successful candidate for the role of Credit Controller should have;
- Experience with high-volume of Credit Control
- Attention to detail
- Confidence over the phone
- IT proficient including intermediate Excel (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUP)
- SAP is desirable
