A Long-standing organisation in Chertsey is looking for a Credit Controller to join their busy finance department on a permanent basis. Operating out of modern offices in Chertsey close to public transport, this business has seen an increased workload and the need for additional headcount. The Credit Control team is set to double as the company’s client base expands.

What will the Credit Controller role involve?

  • High volume chasing of outstanding debt by telephone and email across multiple accounts.
  • Sending copy invoices and agreeing payment dates.
  • Escalating queries to relevant stakeholders.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Credit Controller.

Suitable Candidate for the Credit Controller vacancy:

  • Solid background in Credit Control, with an excellent track record of recovering outstanding and aged debt.
  • First-rate interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident, assertive telephone manner with excellent spoken English.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel user (pivot tables and lookups).
