Customer Service Advisor

Are you passionate about helping people and delivering outstanding service? My client is looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their team. If you love problem-solving and providing an exceptional experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns with patience and a positive attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges promptly.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and track service progress.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the customer service department.
  • Continuously improve service delivery by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and basic office tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
