As a Senior Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetic, you will:
- Deliver safe, high-quality care for patients during their peri-operative phase.
- Support and coordinate the management and organisation of care within the operating department.
- Provide clinical and managerial leadership to ensure quality patient care.
- Drive patient care delivery during specified periods.
- Ensure adherence to patient safety policies.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
- Promote best evidence-based practices within your scope.
- Apply relevant legislation, policies, and procedures correctly.
