Job Advertisement: Production OperativeWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in the food industry or a production environment, ideally within BRC or ISO settings. If you are eager to learn, thrive in a hands-on role, and are seeking long-term growth.Key Responsibilities:The role involves blending essential oils as part of the production process, ensuring strict adherence to hygiene and quality standards. Compliance with health and safety policies is mandatory at all times. You will also be responsible for labelling, strapping, and wrapping finished products, as well as conducting equipment setup and checking oils against batch sheets to ensure accuracy. Attending daily operations meetings and updating the wider team is an essential part of the job, alongside reporting any equipment maintenance or servicing needs to the manager. The position requires maintaining and following the production schedule diligently, while also inputting production results into the system using Excel and Word.Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Prior experience in production, warehouse, or food industry roles.
  • Knowledge of filtration processes is advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and clearly.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a small team.
  • A scientific or lab background is highly advantageous.
  • Ideally, a forklift license or willingness to train in forklift operations.

This role is based across two warehouse sites and involves hands-on production tasks. It’s ideal for individuals who are safety-minded, organised, and eager to learn new skills. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30 (30-minute lunch break + 2 x 15-minute breaks) Start Date: January
