Opportunity to join a recognised brand who are looking for an individual to join them in a stand-alone HR position.

This position could suit an individual who has worked previously as an HR Administrator or Coordinator, who is looking to gain more exposure and responsibility.

You will be the first point of contact for all employees, providing advice and guidance on all Employee Relations and payroll queries, feeding back to the senior management team based in the Netherlands. You will need to be a confident and professional communicator, have the ability to hit the ground running and enjoy taking responsibility and using your initiative.

Experience:

  • HR Support experience
  • Advanced Excel (ideally formulas, VLOOKUPS, macros
  • Payroll (an advantage)
  • Employee Relations (ER) knowledge and exposure
  • Must be a car driver due to travel to offices
  • Knowledge of Workday is beneficial but not essential

Duties:

  • Responsible for a correct set up and execution of all HR administration
  • Administrative support on different HR processes e.g. payroll, recruitment & illness
  • First point of contact for all operational HR process questions
  • Responsible for monthly reporting
  • Support in performance management cycles, case management, payroll administration, contact with the (in-house) agencies, exit processes.
  • Update and maintain all HR information

This role is being offered initially on a twelve-month fixed term contract and is coupled with a salary of £33k, 15% annual bonus as well as health & dental benefits.
