My client is seeking a Junior Sales Consultant to join their Sales team based in Addlestone. �Reporting to the Sales Manager and Sale Director, the Junior Sales Consultant will:

  • Sell properties & additional services at the agreed targets
  • Ensure personal compliance with all legal, technical and administrative systems�
  • Understand the company values and implement them positively each day�
  • Attract vendors and applicants�
  • Ensure high quality customer care at all times
  • Qualify applicants and potential vendors to company standards�
  • Generate viewings and offers�
  • Negotiate offers to agreed deals�
  • Achieve personal and individual activity targets
  • Achieve personal and individual activity targets�
  • Generate listing opportunities�
  • Collate own and daily, weekly and monthly figures to highlight performance�
  • Implement branch plan with branch manager in line with the group strategic plan
  • Conduct marketing review calls in line with company standards

Working hours are Monday to Thursday - 8:30am to 18:30pm, Friday - 8:30am to 18:00pm
Every other Saturday - 9:00am to 17:00pm
