Field Services Engineer – MFPs – Kent - £32,000 plus benefits + company car

A highly successful, global business are looking for a personable Field Services Engineer to cover the Kent area. 

As the Field Services Engineer you will be responsible for providing post-sales/implementation technical support services to customers including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance for a range of MFPs/ MFD’s (Multi Functional Printers and Devices). 

As the Field Service Engineer you will responds to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions and advise customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.  In addition you will lead on the following:

Installing, maintaining and diagnosis of machine faults as per Company Guidelines and SLA’s on specified MFP equipment

Training customers to be proficient in the use of their equipment.

Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and skills

The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting MFPs/ Printers - taking apart to component level. 

The salary on offer for this role is up to £32,000 plus benefits including company car.
