Project Delivery Manager

Location: Chertsey (3 Days per week)

Salary: Up to £70,000 (DoE)

The Role:

As a Project Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and support of Customer Support operations. Ensuring the swift and consistent delivery of improvements in order to meet and exceed business targets. You will be comfortable communicating and coordinating with the team, as well as operating and designing service processes using Customer Support operation tools. You will also help identify improvements to systems as well as liaising with key stakeholders and maintaining good relations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in computer related subjects or equivalent
  • Proficient written and verbal skills in English and Korean
  • 5+ Years experience on Customer Experience Management Platforms such as, Sales Force, Sprinklr, Zendesk, Khoros etc.
  • Proficient in vendor management
  • Ability to write proof-of-concept applications using available SDKs and APIs
  • Ability to analyze API source code and assist product and documentation teams to identify gaps in documentation.
  • Confident to liaise with internal and external customers, and providing excellent communication to stakeholders
  • Full UK Driving license
