Grounds Maintenance Operatives

Monday to Friday

DRIVER

Duties

  • Perform groundskeeping tasks including mowing, trimming, and weeding to maintain the overall appearance of gardens.
  • Utilise hand tools such as spades, rakes, and shears for planting, pruning, and general garden upkeep.
  • Operate power tools safely for tasks such as cutting hedges or tilling soil.
  • Monitor plant health, identifying any diseases or pests that may affect growth.
  • Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve landscaping goals and provide excellent service.

Experience

  • Previous experience in gardening or landscape maintenance is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is highly valued.
  • Must have a driving license.
  • Familiarity with various plant species and their growing requirements is advantageous.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
