The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager who excels at managing significant AV projects - co-ordinating teams and ensuring flawless delivery - without needing to be a hands-on technical expert.

Whilst a strong understanding of Audio Visual systems is essential, your focus will be on driving project success through planning, communication and execution. You will work on high profile inititaives that demand creativity, organisation and collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the end to end management of large scale AV projects, from planning and scheduling to delivery and wrap up.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets and resource plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, vendors and clients to coordinate AV set ups, mainly Video Conferencing.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of AV systems to effectively oversee installations and troubleshoot basic issues alongside technical staff.
  • Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality.
  • Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.


Office based in Surrey salary will depend on experience circa £50k + plus benefits.

Your skills and experience

  • You will have proven experience as a Project/Operations Manager ideally in Audio Visual, events or a related field with experience of large scale projects.
  • Basic technical understanding of Audio Visual (predominantly Video Conferencing)to liaise with technical teams.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to handle complex, high stake initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
