K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.

Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for Korean speaking Data Analyst.

[Key Responsibilities]

(1) Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyse data from various sources to identify trends and insights.

(2) Reporting & Visualisation: Create reports and dashboards that communicate key findings to stakeholders using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

(3) Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, etc.) to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.

(4) Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy and integrity, addressing discrepancies and maintaining high standards.

(5) Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical techniques to analyse trends, forecast outcomes, and support business decisions.

(6) Process Optimisation: Automate data workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

(1) Actionable Insights: Deliver timely, impactful data analysis that drives business decisions and strategy.

(2) Data Accuracy: Maintain high data quality, ensuring reliable information for decision-making.

(3) Clear Communication: Present complex data in a simple, clear way for both technical and non-technical audiences.

(4) Collaboration: Build strong relationships with teams, meeting their data needs and exceeding expectations.

[Requirements](1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English

(2) Excellent Microsoft Package Skills especially for MS Excel and Power-point

- MS Excel: conditional formatting, pivot table, V-lookup, data validation, formula set up

- Power-point: Adding notes to slides & creating presentation slides

(3) Strong analytical skills

(4) Strong database management skills

(5) Ability to work well in groups

(6) Ability to multitask

[Conditions](1) Job location: Chertsey, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)

(2) Job type: full-time & ongoing contract (this is NOT a short term contact, and the client is looking for someone who can stay with them on a long term basis)

(3) Hours of work: 37.5 hour per week (hybrid working: 2 days work from home)

(4) Basic salary: depending on experience

(5) Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays

(6) Performance based bonus, pension, access to staff sales discount
