Salary: OTE £40k
Position: Permanent – Full Time

Previous experience of having worked in residential lettings is important as you will be hitting the ground running in a busy working environment.

The Company: Our client is a long-established, highly professional, local independent Estate and Lettings Agent with offices in the Addlestone / Chertsey area.
Skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Previous lettings experience essential
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner
- Well presented
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Local knowledge of the Chertsey / Addlestone area preferred but not essential
- Car owner with full driving license
