Lettings NegotiatorA wonderful opportunity to join a leading property company based in Chertsey. Reporting to the Lettings Manager you be responsible for the following:

  • Ensure personal compliance with all legal, technical and administrative systems
  • To work as a team
  • To understand the company values and implement them positively each day
  • To attract landlords and applicants
  • To let properties & additional services at the agreed targets
  • Always ensure high quality customer care at all times
  • Assist the branch in ensuring personal and team compliance with all relevant legal technical and administrative legislation
  • List an agreed volume to let
  • Ensure an agreed prospecting plan is delivered
  • Preparation of comparable for suitable reports
  • Conduct morning meeting in manager’s absence
  • Deputise in manager’s absence
  • Develop business in designated area
  • Qualify applicants and potential landlords to company standards
  • Generate listing opportunities and instructions
  • Generate viewings and offers
  • Undertake valuation appointments to agreed company standards
  • Ensure property and marketing details comply with industry standards
  • Negotiate offers to agreed deals
  • Achieve personal and individual activity targets
  • Generate listing opportunities
  • Carry out effective marketing reviews to company standards
  • Collate own and daily, weekly and monthly figures to highlight performance
  • Implement branch plan with branch manager in line with the group strategic plan
  • Conduct marketing review calls in line with company standards

Knowledge

  • The process of lettings
  • Basic legal knowledge to include GoodLord, CPR, MLA and right to rent checks.
  • Local area knowledge
  • Competitor knowledge
  • IT Systems knowledge / RPS CRM system knowledge helpful
  • Knowledge of company and company standards
  • Knowledge of company values
  • Knowledge of company unique selling points and company proposition
