Job Title: HR Administrator/Internal Recruiter

Location: Chertsey/Sunbury/Weyrbidge/Isleworth/Hounslow/Twickenham

Evolve Recruitment are seeking to recruit a proactive, self-motivated and experienced HR Administrator/In house Recruiter working for this global brand with strong stable experience to join an established, dynamic company. The role will be varied and challenging; the successful candidate will be responsible for ownership of the HR Admin support as well as all recruitment roles. This is initially a temp role ongoing.

Key Responsibilities HR:

  • Provide basic day to day HR guidance to Line Managers and employees
  • Coordinating the European recruitment process, from role sign off through to offer stage, with a focus on cost saving for the business
  • Coordinating the new starter process from on-boarding through to end of probation
  • Coordinating the new leaver process, including resignation acknowledgement letters & conducting exit interviews
  • Oversee the management of the administration of company benefits
  • Maintain the People HR database, to ensure accurate reporting, delivering support on day to day employee and manager queries on the system and managing & maintaining all absence management entitlements and records
  • Support Head of HR with disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Support Head of HR with reviewing & communicating company policies and employment legislation
  • Support Head of HR with contractual documentation changes, such as variation of terms & flexible working applications
  • Monthly HR tasks including newsletter, organisation chart updates & payroll notifications to finance
  • Coordinate various in-house training projects, including Line Manager workshops
  • General administrative duties including maintenance of employee files and general HR documentation
  • Undertake specific projects as directed by the Head of HR
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as deemed necessary by the Head of HR
  • Key Responsibilities Recruiter:
  • The Recruiter will excel at instinctively identifying and creatively sourcing talent while developing deep partnerships with leaders and candidates. The Recruiter is business savvy, curious, naturally driven, assertive and passionate about their craft as a talent curator to support the company’s employment brand and growth mindset.
  • The Recruiter is a natural at networking, has an established track record in placing talent that can run with what they have to source, attract and influence managers to drive towards decisions.
  • This position will be hybrid - expectation to work a minimum of 2 days in the office near Weybridge.
  • Partner with leaders and hiring managers to assess talent requirements and advise on the best recruiting strategy
  • Constantly networking with talent to build candidate pipelines for future growth
  • Utilizes time and resources effectively and keeps hiring managers, business partners and candidates up to speed on a regular basis for an exceptional experience
  • Develop innovative search techniques to meet and exceed the hiring manager’s requirements to attract passive candidates
  • Conducts detailed behavioural based interviews via phone or virtual to assess technical capabilities and skills to be successful in our growing and ever-changing environment
  • Utilises branding to attract passive candidates to support progressive recruiting efforts
  • Develop strong relationships with internal customers and work collaboratively with HR team
  • Lean thinking to improve end-to-end talent process and always be thinking what next
  • Be the Workday Recruiter Expert and provide support and training to the business
