Our client, a global blue-chip company, is looking for Digital Project Manager.

[Purpose of the Job]

(1) Overall Ownership of delivery, by managing either in-house projects or through partners in defined timelines and budget.

(2) Must have good knowledge implemented Change Management and Vendor Management.

(3) Knowledge of QMS, ISO-9001 and successfully managed partners.

[Key Accountabilities](1) Reviewing the projects (Partner Led or In-house) and engaging the respective HQ Businesses

(2) Facilitate and monitor projects based on lean tenets, tools usage and non-linearity to improve productivity

(3) Publish and implement Quarterly business review with Partners

(4) Formulate value delivery framework and ensure that the value delivery ideas are conceived and implemented by every partner and also for in house projects

(5) Proactive review of projects on a weekly basis and be able to anticipate potential trouble and prevent it.

(6) People supply chain: Plan for people supply chain and identify key positions on proactive basis. Work with others in the PMO team to improve project delivery techniques and project documentation

[WHAT DO WE NEED FOR THIS ROLE?]

(1) Extensive experience in using Agile/Sprints & a product (MVP) centric design; Applying DevOps (CICD) and automation throughout the program development and rollouts

(2) Ample onsite experience including stakeholder management

(3) Overall delivery operational experience (Demand and supply, resource fulfilment, financial process-internal-external)

(4) Drive Innovation within the team

(5) Strong team player, able to work effectively as part of cross-functional and distributed team. Experience in working with virtual team, is preferred.

(6) Helps the team achieve excellence in areas including quality, predictability, flow and velocity. Helps the team focus on daily and iteration goals in the context of team objectives.

(7) Effective analytical skills to grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems, issues and solutions.

(8) Excellent Communicational skills (stakeholder management, negotiation, Facilitation, influencing) including strong skills in active listening to improve team effectiveness and performance.

(9) Exposure to Tools like JIRA is preferred.

[WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?]

(1) Review the programs and projects objectively and ensure proactive risk and dependency management

Identify compliance and 100% adherence to contract through quarterly audits

(2) BCP plan and conduct the frequent validation of compliance through call-tree and table top tests

(3) Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and third party suppliers

(4) Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills - customer driven

(5) Ability to manage and prioritise workload comprised of multiple projects

(6) Able to work strongly as part of a team or individually

(7) Drive, enthusiasm and passion for Digital and eCommerce

[Requirements](1) 3+ years of concentrated eCommerce/retail experience

(2) Experience in Project management/Vendor Management with good knowledge in QMS systems

(3) Delivery Excellence, Managed Services and Development projects experience

(4) Customer engagement and relationship building

(5) Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

(6) Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams

(7) SAP Hybris, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) highly preferred

(8) Must be able to commute to Chertsey regularly

[Conditions](1) Job type: 12 Month Contract (subject to be extended)

(2) Job location: Chertsey, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge Railway Station)

(3) Working hours: Mon~Fri & 9am~5:30pm (some overtime may be required for emergencies and projects)

(4) Hybrid: 2 days work from home after 3 month probation

* A new starter needs to be based in the office 5 days a week during 3 month probation.

(5) Basic annual salary: 50~60K (depending upon experience)

(6) Discretionary performance based bonus scheme linked to individual, team and company performance (following successful completion of probation period)

(7) 25 days’ annual leave + Bank Holidays
