Position: Business Teacher
Location: Chesham Bois, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £29,344 – £44,919 (MPS to UPS, depending on experience)
Start Date: January 2025
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Business Studies to Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 students (GCSE and A-Level).
- Design and deliver dynamic and engaging lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum.
- Assess students' progress through regular assessments, coursework, and exam preparation.
- Encourage a passion for business, developing students' understanding of business theory and its real-world applications.
- Support students in developing practical skills in business management, finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share teaching strategies.
- Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them to meet their academic potential.
Ideal Candidate:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience teaching Business Studies at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 is essential, with A-Level teaching experience being a plus.
- A passion for business education and the ability to motivate and engage students.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Enthusiastic, organized, and dedicated to fostering a positive learning environment.
