About the role:
- Be able to bring a strong background in classroom settings to effectively engage and inspire students.
- Demonstrate effective planning skills that cater to the diverse needs of all learners.
- Utilize excellent classroom management abilities to create a positive and focused learning atmosphere.
- Contribute to the development of critical thinking and communication skills in students, preparing them for their futures
- Foster strong connections with students through a positive and proactive approach.
The ideal candidate must:
- Have the right to work within the UK
- Bring hands-on experience from a classroom setting to effectively engage students.
- DBS registered on the update system or willing to purchase one
- Be comfortable and adaptable working in different environments
- Possess a strong understanding of English Literature to enrich student learning.
- Exhibit strong classroom management abilities to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- QTS, PGCE, or an overseas teaching qualification equivalent to UK
