Sales Executive – Selling Plumbing and Drainage Services | Buckinghamshire | Full Time | 40k Basic plus Commission – OTE 80-90k -Excellent Commission Structure

Our client was established over 25 years ago and offers fully integrated, professional plumbing and drain care solutions throughout Greater London, the Home Counties and The South East Counties.

The successful candidate's salary will be competitive based on experience with an excellent OTE and highly competitive commission structure.

As Sales Executive you will help establish and grow business within the Company, seeking out opportunities throughout London, the South East and surrounding areas. This role is client facing with all new and existing Clients to build and maintain relationships.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Background of Plumbing/ Drainage/ FM / Construction industry and procedures is essential
  • Proven Track Record of winning new Business
  • Ability to prepare and win Tenders
  • Commercial attitude and thinking pro-actively with the customer and organisation
  • Entrepreneurial, networker, flexible, representative and driven
  • Experience of Tender platforms such as Builders Profile and Constructionline an advantage but not essential

What will your role look like?

  • Building and running your own Sales Team
  • Business Development in all sectors of the plumbing and drainage division
  • Planning strategic growth in the market
  • Assessing customer needs and ensuring relevant solutions are provided
  • Visiting new and existing customers to seek out current and potential business
  • Managing multiple customers ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis
  • Pricing of all Tenders for Site Projects and Responsive Maintenance Contracts
  • Quotes for Existing Clients on a Daily Basis
