We are working on behalf of a welcoming and diverse two-form entry primary school in Chesham is looking for an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join the dedicated team. With a high proportion of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), we are seeking a teacher who is committed to nurturing every child's potential and creating an inclusive learning environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the EYFS framework, meeting the needs of all learners, including those with SEN
  • Foster a warm, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported
  • Work closely with SEN specialists and support staff to differentiate teaching and learning for pupils with additional needs
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, ensuring that individual learning plans are followed and adapted as necessary
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider school community to support each child's development and well-being
  • Collaborate with the wider staff team to ensure the continuous development of the EYFS provision and inclusive practices


Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in EYFS and working with children with SEN
  • A deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
  • A nurturing, patient, and inclusive approach to teaching, with a passion for supporting all learners
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders including parents, SEN professionals, and other staff members
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and teamwork
