We're recruiting for this Marketing Exec position, on a full time and permanent basis, for a growing business in Chesham.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to support with the growth and success of the UK marketing function for the business. As part of this role, you will be working closely alongside the Marketing Manager assisting with the rollout of their marketing strategies.

We need someone that can work independently and wants a role where you have your own responsibilities and want to be trusted, as you'll have the chance to take ownership of the company's social media & email channels, getting involved in content creation and being responsible for maintaining the company website… and so much more!

You'd be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm with an 1-hour lunch break. This company offer a number of fantastic benefits including a bonus opportunity per quarter based on company targets, an excellent pension scheme and more. The company also do have free parking on site and offer 25 days holiday + bank holidays.

Please note occasional travel will also be required for this position within the UK. This position is paying between £30K to £35K dependant on experience and is fully office-based in Chesham.

Duties include:

  • Working closely and reporting into the Marketing Manager.
  • Support them on developing and delivering marketing projects in line with strategic priorities.
  • Delivering lead generation initiatives across social, email, website and other digital channels.
  • Ongoing management and maintenance of the asset and image library.
  • Responsible for maintaining and keeping all company content up to date.
  • Management and co-ordination of any other projects handed down.
  • Liaise with the internal and external sales team as the key point of contact for sales support.
  • Oversee the creation and approval of content for social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube etc.

Candidate requirements:

  • Social Media and Digital Marketing competence.
  • Outstanding communication skills; verbal and written.
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of briefing and working with external agencies or third-party contractors.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage your own time efficiently.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package, WordPress, CRM systems and email development tools.
  • Experience working in a small-medium business.
  • Full, clean driving license - travelling around UK may be required.
