- Candidates must have a science degree with a 2:1 minimum, or equivalent experience.
- An interest in using degree knowledge in a commercial setting.
- An organised approach to work.
- Ability to effectively communicate your innovative and creative ideas to clients and colleagues.
- An interest in marketing and communications is beneficial
- Accurate written and presentation skills for tasks such as medical writing and pitching.
- Proficiency in other languages is a big plus but not essential
- Developing campaigns and materials to meet clients’ brief and budget.
- Presenting campaign ideas to clients.
- Liaising with clients, maintaining an effective flow of communication.
- Assisting in pitching to potential clients in order to win new business for the agency.
- Being able to gain a thorough understanding of the client brand, marketing environment, and marketing strategy.
- Demonstrating innovation and creativity in a range of situations such as campaign development, meetings programmes, and brainstorming sessions.
