Behaviour Support Assistant

Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people? A pupil referral unit in the Chesham area is looking for a dedicated and resilient behaviour support assistant to join their supportive team.

As a behaviour support assistant, you will work with students who have been excluded from mainstream education or require additional support to help them re-engage with learning. Key responsibilities of the behaviour support assistant role:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with behavioural needs
