We have partnered with a dynamic and growing organisation currently undergoing a significant restructure. As part of their transformation, they are implementing Xero as their new accounting system.  Our client are looking for a dedicated and skilled Management Accountant to join their small finance team and contribute to their growth and success. 

Key Responsibilities:•    Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.•    Assist in the implementation and integration of Xero, ensuring a smooth transition and effective use of the system.•    Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate and timely financial information.•    Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning.•    Manage cash flow, including monitoring and forecasting.•    Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.•    Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.•    Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors. 

Qualifications and Experience:•    AAT qualified, ACCA or CIMA part-qualified, or QBE •    Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a growing organisation.•    Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.•    Experience with Xero or other accounting software is highly desirable.•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.•    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
