About the CompanyOur client is a highly successful and fast-paced facilities management company, providing a broad range of services, including Electrical, Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Drainage. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join their team.

Role OverviewThis role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing inbound calls, scheduling engineers, and ensuring the smooth operation of facilities services.

Key Responsibilities• Inbound Call Handling - Professionally manage client queries, service requests, and fault reports.• Scheduling & Coordination - Organise and allocate engineers based on job requirements, location, and availability.• Outbound Calls - Contact clients to confirm appointments, job details, and follow-ups.• Facilities Organisation - Ensure the efficient coordination of services, including arranging access, permits, and necessary equipment for engineers.• Fault Logging & Reporting - Accurately record details of faults and relay this information to the relevant engineer.• Diary Management - Maintain and update engineers' schedules to maximise efficiency.• Liaison with Clients & Engineers - Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication between all parties.• Administration - Handle necessary paperwork, update systems, and ensure compliance with company processes.

Key Skills & Experience• Strong and clear communication skills with the ability to liaise between clients and engineers.• Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or facilities management (desirable but not essential).• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.• Excellent IT skills with proficiency in scheduling software and CRM systems.• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
