We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our client's dynamic team. This role is crucial for using resources effectively to meet customer SLAs in areas such as preventative maintenance, call outs, and operated accounts. You will be instrumental in ensuring service delivery is efficient and meets our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Preventative Maintenance & Call outs: Manage and oversee scheduled and emergency service jobs using our Clik Service Management Programme, ensuring all activities align with company SLAs.
  • Co-ordinate Services for Installations: Facilitate customer installations and maintain communication across teams using project management tools.
  • Operated Accounts & Valet Service: Oversee the delivery of operated account services and hygiene visits, ensuring high standards are maintained.
  • Parts Usage Monitoring: Monitor and report on parts and stock usage to support the purchasing and stock control functions.
  • Service Excellence: Develop and maintain work procedures, ensuring they are audited and meet agreed standards.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving service quality and reducing call outs.
  • Sales Team Support: Provide resources for customer meetings, tastings, and other sales activities as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies, particularly in health and safety.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, service management programs, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent administrative and numerical skills, including expertise in Excel.
  • Ability to work calmly in a busy environment, prioritising and multitasking effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of customers.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety processes.
