We are seeking a proactive Commercial Sales Telephone Executive to join our wonderful client on a temporary basis. This role involves contacting familiar customers and clients to promote new products and promotions, managing high-volume outgoing calls, taking and placing orders, and handling general administrative tasks.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Contact existing customers and clients to inform them about new products, promotions, and reductions.
  • Manage a high volume of outgoing calls to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Take and place orders accurately, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
  • Handle email orders and ensure timely responses to all customer inquiries.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or junior sales roles.
