BD Manager/National Sales Executive £30,000-£35000 + commision

Kenneth Brian associates are recruiting for a Business Development Manager on behalf of a leading, nationally recognised business in the Chessington area. This is a brand new and exciting opportunity focussing on winning large contracts for the organisation, this role is about playing the long game as opposed to smashing the phones and quick wins. You will be focussing on tendering for large national contracts and winning these over through bid submissions and following these through from start to finish. Our client is in the Facilities Management industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Using portals, qualifying bid submission leads and following the process from start to finish through to winning large national contracts.
  • Maintain a central register of all tenders.
  • Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to finalize tender solutions.
  • Review tender documents to identify requirements and reusable content.
  • Support the creation of case studies highlighting our innovative cleaning solutions.

About YouWe’re looking for a skilled BD Manager/National Sales Executive with:

  • Proven experience in tendering for business
  • Driven and dedicated to winning new business - and of course earning commission!
  • Strong knowledge of the tendering process
  • Excellent writing, editing, and attention to detail.
  • Strategic mindset with great IT skills (Word, Microsoft, and bid software).
  • Must live locally to Chessington as the role is office based
