Overview:

As part of the Sales team, you will serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, successfully building strong client relationships and has the ability to negotiate contracts and close agreements.

  • Lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly targets
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
  • Forecast and track your account KPI's with the use of CRM
  • Collaborate with other sales team members to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
  • The ability to build a product range for your clients, maintaining and increasing the opportunity

To be successful in this role you'll have:

  • Proven account management or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
  • Experience in delivering client-focused product portfolio based on customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong user of Microsoft Office Suite
  • 5+ years sales experience ideally or similar
  • Telecomm market experience is desirable
  • Additional languages is desirable
