We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our client on a one year fixed term contract basis, with the potential for the role to become permanent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximising sales and revenue, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new sales opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who is target-driven and thrives in a results-oriented environment.

£27,000 plus monthly bonus - 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Engage with customers over the phone to maximise sales and revenue for the company.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and seize sales opportunities through effective questioning and listening skills.
  • Work towards and meet sales targets, contributing to team and company goals.
  • Utilise CRM systems to manage and track customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategise and improve sales techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Target-driven with a strong desire to exceed sales goals and contribute to business growth.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving results.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in managing sales databases.
