Do you have proven sales or business development experience? Are you self-motivated and results driven? If so, you will be perfect for this role!As a Sales Executive you will play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base, fostering new business relationships, and promoting their high-quality services to potential clients. You will be responsible for contacting leads, managing client enquiries, and contributing to the overall sales growth of the company. Training will be givenEssentials:• Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within a property-based company - not essential• Previous experience in managing a sales pipeline and achieving targets.• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.• A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.• Following up leads peaking with potential clients.Key Responsibilities:• Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.• Present the clients services in a compelling manner to potential customers.• Effectively communicate the benefits and value of the company’s solutions to clients.• Manage and follow up on sales leads, ensuring timely and accurate responses.• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor services, and market conditions.Know someone on the job hunt?
