Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Piling Estimator, based predominantly in Surrey. Youwill be responsible for collating information from thein house design team, as well as determining the specific project requirements fromclients, in order to provide high end estimates for piling and groundworks packages.
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with clients, attend pre contract meetings and inform the management team of each project's/client's specific requirements.
Skills/Qualifications
- A good understanding of bored piling methods and types of piling rigs
- Knowledge of piling industry standards and practices
- An understanding of basic groundworks packages and services
- Experience in estimating, cost analysis, and project specification
- Proposal preparation and written presentation skills
- Experience in coordinating with project managers and clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
