Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and administering all aspects of project contracts, with a particular focus on construction projects.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and project management software; strong numeracy skills for managing budgets and forecasts.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers.
  • A proactive, positive team player who contributes to a collaborative and innovative work culture.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in the construction industry, specifically within contract administration or project management.
  • Familiarity with construction project management software.
  • Health & Safety qualifications or experience in preparing H&S documentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
