We're on the hunt for a cheerful and dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our largest wholesale customer account and help us uphold our "Customer First" approach.

Hours: Full time - Monday to Friday

Salary: £30K- £35K

What You'll Do:

As a vital part of our high-performing customer service team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Delighting Customers: Respond to purchase orders, inquiries, and concerns with a smile, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
  • Order Management: Accurately and timely process customer orders, despatches, and returns while conducting scheduled reviews of open orders.
  • Invoicing: Ensure timely invoicing for customers by reviewing outstanding orders to be billed.
  • Repairs & Exchanges: Process customer repairs and exchange item services with efficiency and care.
  • Team Support: Provide cover for the wider customer service team during holidays and absences.

Special Focus: RIWO Spine (60% of Your Role)

You'll play a key role in supporting our spinal specialist customers nationwide. This includes:

  • Timely Communication: Handle and process all enquiries across various channels, ensuring accurate and prompt responses.
  • Order Processing: Manage orders, despatches, and returns, and keep track of consignment consumable stock items.
  • Demonstration Kits: Administer RIWO Spine demonstration kits, processing requests and collaborating with our warehouse team.
  • Service Contracts: Oversee RIWO Spine service contract requirements and maintain proactive communication with the RIWO Spine team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success Manager on service improvement initiatives and with Area Sales Managers on customer queries.
