Job Advertisement: Customer Services Administrator
Location: LeatherheadHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30Holiday Entitlement: 25 days annual leave plus Bank HolidaysSalary: £28,000 per annum
Job Purpose
Join our client's dynamic team and provide essential support to the administration team as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Make telephone contact with clients in specific situations.
- Request and compare quotes.
- Place orders as needed.
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders.
- Manage disputes and liaise with issuers.
- Perform ad-hoc administration tasks as required.
Candidate Specification
Qualifications:
- GCSE in Mathematics and English at Grade B or above.
Previous Experience:
- Previous administration experience in a deadline-focused environment.
- Experience in a customer services or sales environment.
Knowledge:
- General understanding of claims processes.
Skills:
- High level of numeracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients and suppliers.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
Competencies and Experience:
- Proficient user of MS Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with workflow management tools such as Salesforce or other CRM systems.
