We are recruiting for an Ofsted rated 'good' school with outstanding features in the Chessington area who are looking for someone to join their amazing team for the start of the new academic year. In this role as a Teaching Assistant, you will be required to support children with special needs on various levels of the autistic spectrum.

Key skills the ideal candidate will have:

  • You must be comfortable working 1:1 within an SEND role or with children in small groups
  • Demonstrate active listening skills and strong verbal communication skill
  • Look after children's physical, social and emotional welfare
  • Handle complex and sensitive issues with empathy and understanding
  • Experience working with young people or SEND in any capacity
  • Able to commute to Chessington
