Our purpose-led client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Account Manager! You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, and will serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

Essentials:

  • 5+ years of Sales experience
  • Account management experience at C-level
  • Expert at Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good at negotiating
  • Great presentation skills
  • Can do attitude
  • Flexible
  • Team player
  • Additional language skills (desired)
  • Telecom market experience (desire)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly targets to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales Quotas
  • Forecast and track your account KPI’s with the use of CRM
  • Collaborate with other sales team members to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadline
  • Keep records of client transactions via CRM
  • The ability to build a product range for your clients, maintaining and increasing the opportunity upon regular review
