We are seeking an Administrator to join our client's team. This role is crucial for efficiently handling all administrative tasks related to notices received by post. If you have a knack for administration and a proactive attitude, we would love to hear from you.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Administer all notices received by post.
  • Liaise directly with issuers to resolve issues.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering and directing phone calls.
  • Use Sage to invoice administration fees to clients.
  • Assist with document support, preparation of letters, and packages for posting.
  • Monitor and manage levels of stationery and office supplies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • GCSE in Mathematics and English at Grade B or above.
  • Previous administration experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the motor industry is an advantage.
  • High level of numeracy and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner and the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Sage.
