- Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
We are seeking an Administrator to join our client's team. This role is crucial for efficiently handling all administrative tasks related to notices received by post. If you have a knack for administration and a proactive attitude, we would love to hear from you.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Administer all notices received by post.
- Liaise directly with issuers to resolve issues.
- Provide administrative support, including answering and directing phone calls.
- Use Sage to invoice administration fees to clients.
- Assist with document support, preparation of letters, and packages for posting.
- Monitor and manage levels of stationery and office supplies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- GCSE in Mathematics and English at Grade B or above.
- Previous administration experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of the motor industry is an advantage.
- High level of numeracy and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Sage.
