Day to Day Duties

As a Sales Administrator, your duties will include:

  • To be the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
  • Provide quotations
  • Utilise online construction database to gain specifications and new industry contacts
  • Searching for new clients who might benefit from our products and maximising customer potential.
  • Log customer orders
  • Record account information into the CRM database
  • Directly interact with Architects, Contractors, Building Control and end users.
  • Develop and grow long-term relationships with existing accounts.
  • Identifying new applications for our product portfolio through customer contact

Essential Skills

As a Sales Administrator, it is Essential that you: 

  • At least 3 year's experience in B2B sales
  • A background in sales, business development or customer service is an asset to this position
  • Experience in using computer software
  • Persuasive Personality
  • Natural Communicator
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Positive attitude and the ability to achieve set targets

Desirable Experience

As a Sales Administrator it would be ideal if you:

  • Experience in the buildings materials industry is desirable
  • Available to start with immediate effect

What training is provided?

  • Company policy and procedure training is provided
