Our client is a highly reputable and ambitious Asbestos Consultancy working in a niche market where there is much demand for our services. In addition to our new customers, we are also retained by numerous clients.

We now need to add the right person to the team so we can meet the growing demand from new and existing clients.

Sales Support and Operations Consultant - About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Support Consultant who can work closely with the surveying and removal teams and with our clients from initial enquiry to scheduling asbestos surveys / removal works and managing the process to completion.

You must be able to think on your feet and communicate clearly with clients. You will be at the core of our companys growth, coordinating delivery of our services and growing relationships and account managing repeat clients.

We need someone motivated that has strong organisational skills who enjoys being involved in all areas of the company. You will receive training and plenty of support.

We would welcome any other expertise you could bring to the role such as sales, marketing or Social Media skills.

Sales Support and Operations Consultant - Key Responsibilities

Working with rest of the team and with ongoing training and support your responsibilities will include:
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries from domestic and commercial clients
  • Generating and submitting quotations
  • Managing clients from initial enquiry to completion of works
  • Operations - Coordinating the delivery of services with the Surveying and removal teams and clients
  • Diary and Database Management
  • Account Managing existing clients and keeping in touch with old clients
  • Posting on social media
  • Liaising with accounts
  • Office Management
  • Dealing with suppliers
Sales Support and Operations Consultant - Required Experience:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
Excellent organisational skills.
Numerate you will need to be able to calculate costs accurately.
Experience in a commercial role dealing directly with clients
Experience in a sales support, account management, operations advantageous
Experience in the asbestos, compliance, property or construction would be advantageous
Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Social Media, CRM packages
Graduate / A level education or GCSEs to include A-B grades or equivalent.
The successful candidate would need to be within reasonable and realistic commute of Surbiton /
Chessington
Full Driving Licence advantageous.
