Join our client's team as a Service Desk & Operations Supervisor, where you will be pivotal in delivering Service Excellence. You’ll manage resources to meet customer SLAs in areas like preventative maintenance, call-outs, and more, ensuring high standards and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Service Management: Oversee scheduled and emergency service jobs using our Clik Service Management Programme.
  • Installation Coordination: Manage the customer installation process and maintain team communication.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage operated accounts, conduct hygiene visits, control stock usage, and support the sales team.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies, focusing on health and safety.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in a technical support or service desk role.
  • Proficient with service management programs (e.g., Clik) and CRM systems.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.
