What you'll be doing:?? Managing scheduled & emergency service jobs with our Service Management Programme?? Keeping customer installations on track and projects moving forward??? Ensuring services are delivered smoothly to our valued customers?? Reporting parts & stock usage to keep everything in control?? Collaborating with the General Manager of Operations to improve service quality?? Monitoring key performance indicators like time to site and customer feedback?? And much more!

What we're looking for:?? Proven customer service experience?? Proficiency in Office 365, service management programmes, and CRM systems?? Strong admin skills with a good head for numbers?? Flexibility and adaptability to meet customer needs
